Our Return Policy

If any purchase from us does not comply with a consumer guarantee, we will gladly exchange or refund it subject to the points below. Our policy lasts 90 days from the date of purchase. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.

Items to be returned must be:

- Returned in its original packaging;
- Product item must be unused and in the same condition received;
- Please do not send your products back to the sender address;
- The shipping cost of returning the item is non-refundable; and
- For hygiene reason, we do not offer exchange or return for apparel & accessories.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you on the receipt of items and the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund after 14 business working days, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially deposited.
